2023 Sale Hours

All sale hours are open to the general public. 

Friday, 10/27: 4pm-8pm
Saturday, 10/28: 10am-5pm
Sunday, 10/29: 10am-12pm

Seller Equipment Drop-off Times

It is not too late to enter your goods into the SWAP! Equipment check in is still available at the Hyland Hills main chalet:

Thursday 10/26: 5pm-7pm 
Friday 10/27: 9am-3pm

To save even more time on site, enter your items for sale into the system and print your bar codes on a standard sheet of paper to bring with you.

We are not utilizing the "SCHEDULE CHECK IN" function in the seller portal. All drop off times are open to any seller.



Unsold Item Pickup

Don’t forget. All payout will be done by check sent by USPS. You do not need to show up in person if all of your equipment sold. You can check the status of your items via the seller registration page under "SETTLEMENT REPORT" (This information is not real time, but will be updated daily after all registers close).


Unsold Item Pickup Times:

Sunday, 10/29: 3pm-5pm (Hyland Hills Main Chalet)
Wednesday, 11/1 : 5pm-7pm (Team Gilboa Competition Center - North end of Hyland Parking Lot)

After Wednesday, 11/1 any unclaimed items will be donated to charity or disposed of depending on condition.

Important Seller Information

  • Sellers must register at prior to dropping off equipment
  • There is a $5 fee per item to enter equipment into the sale
  • Team Gilboa retains 20% of the sale price for sold equipment
  • All seller payout will be done via check. Checks will be sent via USPS the week of 11/1 (no seller payout will be available on site)
  • Unsold equipment must be picked up during the available pickup times. Any unclaimed equipment will be donated to charity or disposed of
  • If you do not plan on picking up unsold items, you can check the "DONATE" box when registering items. Any unsold items with the "DONATE" box checked will be automatically donated to the Como Snowsports Booster Club


Before you come to Hyland to pick up equipment, please make sure you check your account. To confirm what items have sold you will check you SETTLEMENT REPORT. The list of "sold" items under your "manage inventory" button may not be accurate.

3. Click on SETTLEMENT REPORT button

4. This will list all of the sold items for your account, some may be listed as non-inventory, but these items represent one of the items you dropped off to sell.
