We are excited to announce that Team Gilboa will be using My Consignment Manager to help with inventory of our sale this year. Below you'll find multiple FAQs and HOW TOs about the system. If you have any questions, please reach out to

Highlights of changes:

All Sellers will have their own online account: You'll register at for an account

Save time by creating an account ahead of time: You can still show up and enter your items into the swap like you have done before, but you can save time at Hyland by creating your seller account ahead of time and entering items for sale in advance. 

Know what you've sold: You'll be able to check and see what items you've sold, and your payout amount through the web portal.

No standing in line on Sunday: All checks will go in the mail Monday. 

Seller's identity isn't on display: Tags will display seller number only, no personal information.

Ski Swap FAQs

Q:How much does it cost to enter an item into the swap?
A: $5 per item and the swap organization retain 20% of the selling price of all sold merchandise.

Q: How much is my equipment worth?
A: We have a pricing guide PDF linked above. If you don't want to come back and pick the unsold item up, price lower than you think.

Q: How will I know if my item sold?
A: You can log into your seller account and check your payout status. This is not live, but will be updated frequently throughout the sale.

Q: How do I get my money?
A: With our new inventory system we will be printing checks MONDAY MORNING and putting them all in the mail. You should receive your payout check no later than Thursday.
