In consideration of acceptance of the entry, I acknowledge that alpine ski racing is an action sport that carries a significant risk of personal injury. I know that there are natural and man made obstacles or hazards, surface and environmental conditions and risk, in combination with any action, can cause me severe or occasional fatal injuries. I agree that I am totally responsible for my safety while I participate and train for this event and hereby release Team Gilboa, its officers, members and promoters, Hyland Ski and Snowboard area, Three Rivers Park District, and the United States Ski Association USSA from any and all liability whatsoever arising out of injury and loss as a result of my participation in this event.
